Clan 4 and Family 4 contain the other Rhizobium etli isoenzyme, the Rhizobium etli ReAIV (Q2KB35), a constitutive and thermostable l‑asparaginase, which also presents as a dimer but is more efficient than the ReAV (at 37°C).
